为适应社会主义市场经济的发展和医疗卫生事业改革的需要,医院要提高自身竞争力,必须规范医院财务行为,提高医院财务管理水平。本文从医院收费管理、财务内控建设以及全面预算财务环节阐述了如何完善医院财务管理工作。
