摘要
广泛用于各类轧机上的四列滚动轴承，由于其服役寿命远低于固有寿命，影响正常生产。为了缩小两种寿命之间的差距，在３５０ｍｍ高刚度轧机上，配置确保四列滚动轴承每列均载的自位机构。使用一年后，轴承完好无损。
Four row roller bearing is widely used in various rolling mills. However, the work life is inferior to its intrinsic life, which has influence upon the normal production very much. To lessen the disparity between the two,one self aligning mechanism is used for 350 high rigid mill, with which each row of the roller bearing placed in the mill can be guaranteed to have same load. The bearing runs in good condition after one year′s operation.
