摘要
建立了轧机主传动系统的扭振有限元法模型,计算和分析了主传动系统的固有动态特性及冲击响应,经有限元法和集中质量法的计算结果比较,验证了有限元法研究轧机主传动系统扭振的合理性。
In this essay, the method to set up mechanical model is discussed in order to study on torsional vibration of mill′s driving system by fininte element method.With this model the natural vibration feature and shock response of the driving system are calculated and analyzed. Using finite element method to study torsional vibration of mill′s driving system is proved reasonablly by comparison and analysis with the classical method (center mass method).
