Approaches to Improve the Validity of College Moral Education——Attaching Importance to the Individual Morality

传统的大学德育片面强调社会道德,忽视了个体道德的发展,造成德育的低效和迷失。大学德育要取得实效,必须重视个体道德的发展,树立德育人性化的理念,培养学生理性的、自主的个体道德批判和选择能力,建立师生的平等互动,构建和谐校园文化,在发展学生个体道德的内容选择上要多关注学生的生活世界,贴近学生实际。

The traditional college moral education ignored the development of the individual morality and emphasized the social morality too much,resulting in the invalidity and loss of college moral education.Therefore attaching importance to the development of the individual morality is an effective way to improve the validity of college moral education： establishing the notion of humanitarian moral education,developing the students＇ independently rational moral criticism and moral choice,setting up the equality and interaction between the teacher and students,constructing the harmonious campus culture,and paying more attention to the students＇ actual life in expanding their moral choices.
