随着开放的教师教育体系的建立和教师继续教育形势的发展,省级教育学院生存和发展面临严峻的压力和挑战。办学定位不明晰是影响其发展的关键问题,由此导致办学目标不明晰、办学主业不突出、办学实力不够强等问题。如何明确办学目标、抢抓机遇、寻求出路、推进发展,是省级教育学院必须认真面对和思考的重大问题。

With the establishment of an opening system of teacher education and the development of teacher continuing education,educational institutions at the provincial level have been under a great pressure and have faced a great challenge.The key problem that affects their development is the indistinct orientation of schooling,which leads to the problems of indefinite goals of schooling,little highlights of undertakings,and different modes of schooling.The vital issues that the educational institutions at the provincial level must face seriously and ponder on carefully include making clear their schooling objectives,seizing all opportunities,seeking outlets,and giving impetus to development.
