腱膜性上睑下垂的个性化手术治疗

Individualized Surgical Treatment of Aponeurosis Blepharoptosis

目的探讨不同病因腱膜性上睑下垂的手术方式及疗效。方法对56例（80眼）腱膜性上睑下垂的患者,术中根据提上睑肌腱膜的病理改变,个性化选择提上睑肌腱膜修补术、腱膜分离修复术、腱膜折叠术及腱膜缩短术或联合术式。结果所有患者随访3个月~2年,除1例患者轻度欠矫外,其余均获得满意效果。结论根据术中观察的腱膜病理改变选择适当的针对提上睑肌腱膜修复的术式,可以较好矫正腱膜性上睑下垂,改善患者上睑形态和容貌。

Objective To investigate the etiology and evaluate the effect of levator aponeurosis surgeries to treat aponeurosis blepharoptosis. Methods According to different intraoperative pathological conditions of the levator aponeurosis,56 patients （80 eyes）with aponeurosis blepharoptosis were surgically treated with the repairment of the aponeurosis technique, reattachment of the aponeurosis technique, tucking and shortening of the aponeurosis technique or combined aponeurosis technique. Results After follow-up for 3 months to 2 years,all of the patients except one had satisfactory effects. Conclusion Operations according to intraoperative pathological conditions of the levator aponeurosis are effective and helpful to resume the normal modality of the eyelid.
