摘要
对不粘煤和瘦煤混合煤的捣固炼焦进行了试验研究,结果表明,对混合煤料进行捣固处理,可以增大煤料的最大胶质层厚度和堆密度,降低煤料的最终收缩度;对于不粘煤配加量不超过10%的混合煤料,捣固炼焦后,可以生产出合格的冶金焦。
For non--stick hybrid of coal and coal coking coal carrying out a test, the results show that the conduct of mixed coal feeding tamping processing, you can increase the maximum number of coal material plastic layer thickness and bulk density, reduce coal material shrinkage of final degree; for non--caking coals with volume not exceeding 10% of the mixed feeding coal, coking to produce qualified metallurgical coke.
