脑出血合并急性肺损伤IFN-γ表达的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究脑出血合并急性肺损伤时干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)的表达情况。方法将80只SD大鼠分成出血组和对照组,出血组采用立体定向技术使用自体血注入法建立动物模型,应用免疫组化法检测肺部IFN-γ的表达。结果脑出血组大鼠肺部IFN-γ表达较对照组增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出血组中5d及7d组IFN-γ的表达较24h及3d组增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑出血后IFN-γ的表达上调,并在急性肺损伤过程中起重要作用。 Objective To study the expression of IFN-γ in acute lung injury after intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods Eighty SD rates were randomly divided into 2 groups:intracerebral hemorrhage group and the control group.To utilize stereotactic apparatus and inject autologous blood into the caudate nucleus to build ICH model.The immunohistochemstry techniques were used to detect the expression of IFN-γ in lung tissue.Results The expression of IFN-γ in intracerebral hemorrhage was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05);The expression of IFN-γ in 5 and 7 days after ICH much higher than 24 hours and 3 days(P〈0.05).Conclusion The expression of IFN-γ in intracerebral hemorrhage group was upregulated,which could play a great role in acute lung injury.
