摘要
目的探讨脑脉泰胶囊对短暂性脑缺血发作的临床疗效及血流变的影响。方法选用60例短暂性脑缺血发作的病人,其中30例为治疗组,另30例为对照组。分别观察其疗效及血流变指标等,并追踪随访1年。结果脑脉泰组有效率93%明显高于对照组36.6%,对血流变指标影响明显,1年内复发率及发生永久性脑梗死明显小于对照组。结论脑脉泰治疗短暂性脑缺血发作疗效肯定,且可以改变其血流变,减少复发及发生永久性脑梗死。
Objective To investigate the clinical and hemorrheology effect of Naomaitai capsule in the treatment of TIA.Methods 60 Cases of TIA patients were studied by comparison randomly.There were 30 cases in the therapy group and 30 cases in control group.Apart observe curative effect and guideline of hemorrheology ect.and follow the track of one year.Results The validity rate of therapy group was 93%.while that of compare group was 36.6%.Guideline of hemorrheology obvious go down.Have a relapse of one year and happen permanence acute ischemic stroke was significant difference.Conclusion Naomaitai capsule in treatment of TIA is a safe effective method and may change guideline of hemorrheology.Cut down have a relapse and happen permanence cerebral infarction.
