紫杉醇脂质体与紫杉醇治疗晚期食管癌的疗效研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的比较紫杉醇脂质体与普通紫杉醇治疗晚期食管癌的疗效及不良反应。方法 68例晚期食管癌患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组33例给予紫杉醇脂质体80mg/m2静脉滴注,第1、8天;顺铂20mg/m2静脉滴注,第1-3天;替加氟600mg/m^2静脉滴注,第1-3天。对照组35例给予紫杉醇80mg/m^2,其余药物用法相同。每28d为1个周期,共2周期。观察两组的疗效及不良反应情况。结果两组在疗效及血液学毒性、消化道反应的差异无统计学意义,但因溶媒产生的过敏反应方面,试验组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论紫杉醇脂质体治疗晚期食管癌效果良好,两种紫杉醇疗效相当,但紫杉醇脂质体的过敏反应明显低于紫杉醇。 Objective To analyze the effects and adverse reactions of paclitaxel liposome in the treatment of patients with advanced esophageal cancer compared with traditional taxol.Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups :the test group(given paclitaxel liposome at 80mg/m^2 combined with cisplatin at 20mg/m^2 and tegafur at 600mg/m^2 each session) and the control group(given paclitaxel at 80mg/m^2 combined with cisplatin at 20mg/m^2 and tegafur at 600mg/m^2 each session).The effects and adverse reactions of the two groups was evaluated after two cycles(4 weeks per cycle).Results There was no significant difference between two groups in curative effects and hematological toxicity(P〉0.05).The test group was better than the control group in preventing hypersensitive reactions and the significant differences were found between them(P〈0.05).Conclusion Paclitaxel liposome in the treatment of patients with advanced esophageal cancer,being similarily effective as taxol,can significantly lower the incidence of serious hypersensitive reactions.
