摘要
水煤浆技术作为洁净煤工程的一个重要组成部分和煤炭加工的一种新途径,越来越受到各个方面的重视。但是输送水煤浆的单螺杆泵定子耐磨性差是影响水煤浆技术应用的一个重要方面。本文通过建立物理模型和运用扫描电镜(SEM)对定子磨损表面进行观察,对单螺杆泵定子磨损机理进行了分析,认为输送水煤浆的单螺杆泵的定子的磨损形式是水煤浆的磨粒侵蚀和转子的湿磨粒磨损的交替作用,而磨损机理则与定子断面各部分受力及介质有关。
The technology of coal water slurry is receiving more and more attention as one part of clean coal project and a new way of coal processing. But the application of the technology of coal water slurry is limited by the poor wear resistance of liner of single - screw pump. In this paper, on the basis of setting up physical model and examining the worn surface of liner of single - screw pump with SEM, it has been found that the wear type of liner of single - screw pump for transporting the coal water shurry is combinated action of erosion of coal water slurry and wet - abrasion of screw, and wear mechanism is relative to the transported media and the force acting on the parts of intercepting face of liner.
