摘要
针对船用电缆生产过程中由于型号规格繁多,技术要求复杂,单根订货长度一般较短,生产计划变化较大,插单现象频繁,无法保证交货期等问题,提出动态排产方案,通过初步实施该方案,明显改善了生产计划准确性等问题。
According to the problems in the production process of marine cable manufacturer, such as multi- model specification, lots of technical requirements and changes in production planning, short length, frequent order inserting, etc. we proposes a dynamic production schedule program. Through the initial implementation of the program, it significantly improves the accuracy of production planning and other issues.
