摘要
通过对农村初中学生的学业成绩、智商和人格特征的分析比较,发现农村初中生的学业成绩与其人格特征之间存在高度相关。成绩优秀学生与成绩较差学生在人格的敢为性、自律性、有恒性、独立性、忧虑性、紧张性上差异非常显著,他们的成绩是智力与非智力交互作用的结果。建议通过优化师生关系、促进德育心理学化、开展有意义的活动等培养学生良好的人格特征,促进学业成绩的提高。
With the analyses and comparison of the academic performance, IQ and personality of junior middle school students in countryside, it is found that there is high relevance between academic performance and personality among students in country junior middle school. There are great differences in personality between good-performance students and poor-performance students, including, daring, self-disci-pline, enduring, independence, anxious, nervous. Their academic performances result from the mutually actions of intelligence and non-intelligence. It is suggested bringing up students' good personality through optimizing relationship between students and teachers, promoting the combination of ideological education and psychology, launching significant actions, and so on, to improve students' academic performance.
