摘要
文中基于层次分析法,针对高等职业技术学院绩效评价问题,对高职教师绩效评价的因素进行分析,构建高职院校教师绩效评价指标体系,以期能对高职院校教师绩效更合理、更科学的评价。
This paper, based on Gradational Analytic Method, analyzes the factors of performance appraisal at higher vocational colleges according to the problems of performance appraisal there while establishing the index system of performance appraisal for higher vocational polytechnics in expectation of a more reasonable and scientific appraisal for performance of teachers from higher vocational colleges.
