多校区高校公共安全法律机制构建研究

Research on Constructing Legal Mechanism of Public Security in Multi-Campus Universities

随着我国高等教育改革的深入发展,很多高校都出现了"一个学校,多个校区"的情况。多校区管理的复杂性给目前高校公共安全管理带来了前所未有的重大挑战。文中以国内多校区高校公共安全管理中所面临的问题为立足点,对多校区高校公共安全管理与法律机制的关系进行研究,提出构建多校区高校公共安全法律机制的具体建议,以期对我国多校区高校公共安全管理法制化进程有管窥之益。

With the deep development of the revolution of Chinese higher education, ＂a school, a number of campus＂ have emerged in a lot of universities. The complexity of managing multi-campus university brings an unprecedented challenge in public security. This paper, based on probloms of public security management in domestic multi-campus universities, makes research on the relationship bewteen public security management and legal mechanism, and puts forward suggections to construct legal mechanism of public security in multi-campus university, in order to make benefits for the process of legalizing the public security management in domestic multi-campus universities.
