摘要
本文简单论述了现代分析测试技术的三个特点；介绍了目前国际上分析测试技术的最新进展；同时，对我国的分析测试技术如何赶超国际先进水平和如何培养分析测试技术人材等有关问题进行了讨论。
This paper briefly presents three features of modern analysis and testing technology, describes recent development on the above field in the world. Meanwhile, discusses the topics on how to catch up with advanced level in the world and how to train the skills personnel in the field.
