摘要
奥特莱斯是现代零售业态的重要形式,在中国有广阔的市场前景,但对目前的零售业格局形成一定的冲击。文章阐述了奥特莱斯的经营特点,分析了奥特莱斯的商业环境,指出了目前奥特莱斯零售业态面临的问题,并从宏观和微观层面探讨了奥特莱斯的经营思路。
OUTLETS is an important form of modern retail business at present with broad market prospect, but it has challenged to present retail pattern. This paper expounds the operation characteristics of OUTLETS, analyzes the business environment, points out problems in present OUTLETS retail business and discusses the operation strategy macroscopically and microscopically.
