摘要
根据目前各高职院校的体育课程现状,梳理存在的主要问题,提出以实效性为导向的体育课程改革的指导思想及实施策略,并分析了此项改革的成效和研究中发现的问题,以求提高体育课程改革的实效性。
According to the present condition of physical education （P. E.） in vocational colleges, this paper sorts out main problems, puts forward the guilding thoughts and strategies of effect-oriented P. E. course reform and analyzes the effect of the reform and problems in the study so as to increase the effect of P. E. course reform.
