为适应首都经济社会发展的新形势,市委市政府把大力发展金融业和充分发挥金融产业工会的作用作为加快转变经济发展方式、推动产业结构升级和促进首都金融健康、稳定发展的重要举措。要适应好首都金融业改革、发展、创新的新形势,发挥好金融对首都经济社会发展的促进作用,就必须不断加强首都金融工会建设,推进首都金融工会工作创新发展。

Beijing City Municipality has determined： It is of vital importance to develop financial industry and give full play the function of financial industry trade union for keeping the pace with economy and society development.
