摘要
利用等离子喷焊技术,将含Ce的铝青铜合金粉末涂覆在45#钢表面,通过对熔覆层表面金相组织观察、XRD分析、表面EDS分析、界面金相观察、界面EPMA线分析和表面硬度测试,研究元素Ce对铝青铜粉末熔覆层组织和性能的影响.结果表明:元素Ce能够促进熔覆层硬质相(K相)的生成,使K相分布均匀,细化晶粒,减少其他元素的偏聚,提高熔覆层的表面硬度.
Aluminum bronze alloy powder containing Ce was coated on 45# steel by using plasma spray welding technology.Effect of Ce on the microstructure and properties of the aluminum bronze coating was studied through coating surface microstructure observation,X-ray analysis,energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS),electron probe micro-analysis(EPMA) and hardness testing.The results showed that Ce promoted hard phase(K phase) formation in the coating,uniformized K-phase distribution,refined the grain,reduced elements accumulation and increased hardness of coating.
