摘要
采用化学氧化法制备超级电容器用聚苯胺,通过扫描电镜和单体转化率考察与分析聚苯胺聚集态结构的形成过程.结果表明:制备的聚苯胺内部为片状结构,外部为颗粒结构;形成的过程可以表述为首先在较短的时间内形成带有不规则孔洞缺陷的片状结构聚苯胺,随着反应的进行,新生成的聚苯胺颗粒在孔洞边聚集、生长,颗粒尺寸从内向外依次变小.
The polymer polyaniline for super-capacitors was prepared by using the method of chemical oxidation,the polymerized structure evolvement of polyaniline was investigated and analyzed with SEM and conversion of aniline.The result showed that,the as-prepared polyaniline included an inner sheet-like structure and an outer particle structure.The sheet-like polyaniline with irregular holes formed first quickly,and then the emerging polyaniline particles assembled and grew at the edge of the holes during the reaction process,their size reduced gradually outward.
