摘要
职业价值观是人们对待职业的信念和态度,是人们在职业生活中表现出来的一种价值倾向,是理想、信念、世界观对于职业的影响,也是价值观在职业选择上的具体体现。北京市2000名职工职业现状问卷调查和重点人群座谈显示,职工在寻求稳定的基础上,更看重外在价值,寻求个人发展,渴望得到尊重、获得成就感。
The occupational values are the brief and attitude to the jobs, and they are the embodiments of values to the job choice. Questionnaires are made to investigate 2000 employees in Beijing. The findings suggest that they seek stability, individual development, respect and fulfillment.
