气相色谱法测定废水中有机磷农药 被引量:1

Determination of Organic Phosphorous Pesticide in Waste Water by Gas Chromatography

摘要 用三氯甲烷将废水中的有机磷农药乐果、甲基对硫磷、乙基对硫磷分三次萃取,将全部三氯甲烷萃取液合并,并通过层析柱脱水干燥。用岛津气相色谱仪GC—14B、火焰光度检测器 FPD 测定有机磷农药的含量。该方法具有分析速度快、准确度高、检测下限低等优点。方法的回收率为94.5%一97.9%,相对标准偏差在4.6%以内,检测限为 0 .02mg/L。 Organic phosphorous pesticides, usch as rogor, methyl -- parathion, aethylis -- parathion, in waste water are extracted by chloroform with three times. All these extractants are dried by separative column. The content of organic phosphorous pesticide is detected by gas chromatographic instrument, with FPD detector. This method has many advantages, such as rapid analysis, high precision and good detectability. In addition, by using this method the recovery is 94. 5 %-97. 9 %, the relative standard deviation is less than 4. 6 %, and the detection limit is 0. 02mg/L.
