摘要
针对双离合器自动变速器DCG(dual-clutch gearbox)电控单元TCU(transmission control unit)设计的高可靠性要求,应用基于有限体积法的热分析软件Flotherm对TCU进行热分析,得到TCU在不同环境条件下的温度场分布.针对存在的局部温度过高现象对TCU进行结构优化,使TCU的工作温度降低到许可范围,保证TCU的高可靠性设计要求,同时通过物理实验来予以验证.实验表明:对TCU的仿真分析以及结构优化是合理正确的,能有效降低TCU局部高温,提高TCU运行可靠性.
In order to satisfy the requirement of high reliability of transmission control unit(TCU) of dual-clutch gearbox(DCG),thermal analysis of TCU was performed by using the software Flotherm based on finite volume method.The temperature field of TCU is obtained under different operating conditions.Structural optimization of TCU was completed to solve the problem of local high temperature.As a result,operational temperature of TCU was reduced to allowable limit,and its reliability was improved.Physical experiment showed that thermal analysis and structural optimization were valid.Local high temperature could be reduced effectively and the operational reliability was improved.
