特钢330kV变电站联合构架最大应力分析 被引量:2

Maximum stress analysis of 330kV substation framework with special steel

摘要 采用MIDAS/Gen结构设计有限元分析软件,结合实际工程对330 kV变电站构架作最大应力分析.主要分析正常使用工况、施工安装工况及温度对联合构架最大应力的影响.结果表明:联合构架长度以180 m为分界,分别由不同工况起控制作用;在任何情况下均需考虑大风工况及覆冰有风工况的作用和施工导线荷载的不利布置;在考虑大风工况及覆冰有风工况的作用时可以不考虑地震作用影响. Maximum stress analysis of framework on 330 kV substation was performed with finite element analysis software MIDAS/Gen for structural design.The influence of normal operational conditions,installation conditions and temperature on the maximum stress of united framework was analyzed emphatically.The result showed that the limit length of the united framework was 180 meters,and it was respectively controlled by different operational conditions.At the same time,the role of wind conditions,icing windy conditions,and the unfavorable layout of construction wire loading should be taken into account.When considering the role of wind conditions and icing windy conditions,the impact of earthquake may not be considered.
