摘要
在知识经济时代,企业的竞争最终将会是人才尤其是知识型人才的竞争。然而目前我国的林业企业在对知识型人才的吸引力上存在很多问题。林业企业知识型人才供不应求,而就业市场上人才供大于求的现状使林业企业在吸引知识型人才方面还存在比较大的潜力。运用SWOT分析法,分别从林业企业吸引知识型人才的优势(S),劣势(W),机会(O)和挑战(T)四个方面对林业企业知识型人才的现状和问题进行分析,并提出增强林业企业对于知识型人才吸引力的对策和建议。
Human resource is the core and impetus to the management.In the era of knowledge economy,the most significant competition among enterprises will fall on the quantity and quality of the human resources,especially those knowledge -based professions.However,in the previous time,the forestry enterprises suffer from many problems in attracting knowledge-based professions.At the same time,we find that there is more demand than supply to forestry enterprises.Comparatively,in the general employment market the situation is adverse,which means forestry enterprises have the potential to attract more knowledge-based professionals.Use SWOT analysis to have a clear demonstration about the situation and problem of forestry enterprises from the following four aspects of strength,weakness,opportunities and threats.In the end we will put up some practical suggestions to improve the forestry enterprises' human resource.
