在朔黄铁路公司推行后勤业务外包模式,是推进公司后勤工作创新的着力点。8年来,公司后勤外包项目经过起步探索到深入,现有后勤外包项目16个,年外包合同金额1200余万元,通过业务外包减少自管用工569人。回顾朔黄铁路公司后勤业务外包的发展进,针对公司实际分析后勤业务外包的优势及可能出现的问题,提出后勤业务外包应进一步完善的具体措施。

It is a key point for Shuohuang Railway Company to bring forth innovation for logistics operations by adopting the outsourcing mode for logistics operations. In nearly eight year, the outsourcing project of logistics operations of the Company has been progressing gradually. Currently, there are 16 outsourcing projects of logistics operations, the annual outsourcing contracts＇ value is over 12 millions Yuan, and 569 employees have been reduced by the way of outsouring project. This paper reviews the development history of outsourcing project of logistics operations of Shuohuang Railway Company, analyzes advantages and potential problems of the outsourcing project of logistics operations according to the practical situation of Company, and offers specific measures for further improving the outsourcing project of logistics operations.
