液压系统的可靠性管理是指为提供能满足使用要求的高可靠性的液压系统,在系统的设计、安装、使用的全过程中所采取的提高可靠性的一切措施、方法和活动。通过提梁机现场实际运行情况分析可知,提梁机的大部分故障都是由液压系统所引起的。故对液压系统进行可靠性管理具有非常重要的意义。

The reliability of hydraulic systems for the provision of management is the means used to meet the requirements of the hydraulic system with high reliability in the system design, installation, use of the whole process to enhance the reliability of all measures, methods and activities. Most of failures of the gantry-crane are caused by hydraulic system through the analysis of the actual operation of the gantry-crane. Therefore, the reliability of hydraulic systems management has very important significance.
