摘要
进入21世纪以来,企业竞争日趋激烈,每个企业都在进行变革,对员工进行各式各样的激励,以使企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地,但事实上,有相当一部分企业员工激励机制并不科学,不完善,员工还有很大潜力可挖。如何有效的通过科学的激励机制调动员工的积极性、创造性,成为企业管理重要课题。
Since entering the 21st centuary, competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. Every enterprise is reforming and inspiring employees from different angles, so as to remain invincible in the fierce market competition. However, the incentive mechanism in quite a few enterprises is not scientific and complete, and employees' potential is still not fullfiled. It has become one key task for an enterprise to arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of employees by an effective and scienctifie incentive mechanism.
