Pay Attention to Rural Areas and Promote Fairness——Talk about How Teacher Education Promotes the Fairness of Basic Education

农村教育与城市教育的不公平是我国目前教育不公平的最突出表现之一;农村师资的相对薄弱,显然又是城乡教育不公平的很重要的一个方面。作为培养师资特别是培养农村小学师资的师范院校,为了促进教育公平应该特别注重对学生进行三个方面的教育培养工作:重视培养学生热爱农村的感情和献身农村小学教育事业的信念,重视培养学生胜任农村教育的特殊知识与能力,重视培养学生全面而扎实的教育理论基础和教学技能。

At present,the unfairness between rural education and urban education is one of the most prominent manifestations of our country＇s education unfairness phenomenon.Obviously,the shortage of teachers in rural areas is a very important aspect of education unfairness.In order to promote education fairness,normal colleges and schools which foster teachers,especially teachers of rural primary school,should pay special attention to students＇ education and training in three aspects：cultivating students＇ feelings of loving rural areas and beliefs of devoting their lives to the cause of rural primary school education,students＇ special knowledge and ability qualified for the rural education,and students＇ all-round and solid education theory and teaching skills.
