新农村建设中农村教育发展研究——甘肃康乐县中学教师基本状况调查与分析

The Study of Rural Education Development in New Countryside Construction——Teachers' Survey and Analysis of Kang Le County Middle School,Gansu Province

农村教育是推进建设社会主义新农村的一项重要基础工程,其发展水平对推进新农村建设进程极为重要。教师是教育之本,经对甘肃康乐县中学教师基本状况调查发现:中学教师数量缺额较大,不能满足现有学生规模的需要;现有师资队伍的整体水平较难适应中学教育教学改革的需要;教师生活水平和工作条件对稳定中学师资队伍存在着潜在的影响;地方经济比较落后,难以满足教师接受继续教育的需要。据此,在有关促进地方经济发展、积极吸纳高校毕业生从事本地教育事业、提高学历提升的实效性、积极培育优秀教学团队、切实帮助教师解决实际困难等主要方面提出了一些有针对性的对策及建议。

Rural education is an important basic project to promote the building of new socialism countryside,and its development is extremely important to build new countryside.The teacher is the foundation of education.Through the Survey of teachers＇ basic condition in Gansu Kang Le Country Middle School,the authors discover the following problems：the number of secondary school teachers is of shortage and can＇t satisfy the needs of present students;the overall level of existing teachers is more difficult to adapt to the needs of secondary education reform;standard of living and working conditions of teachers impact on the stability of secondary school teachers;and the local economy is relatively backward,and can not meet the needs of teachers continual education.Therefore,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the local economy development,attractive the college graduates to participate in local education;improve the effectiveness of education background;foster excellent teaching team;solve the real difficulty of teachers and so on.
