摘要
通过问卷调查发现初任历史教师在专业发展方面存在着很多问题,如专业知识贫乏、科研意识缺乏、专业发展动机不明显、专业规划意识不强等。对此提出初任历史教师专业发展的策略:要对自己专业发展作出规划,在实现规划的过程中,多读书,不断学习反思,在反思的基础上尝试进行历史教学研究,从而尽快转变初任期的不适应,尽早走出专业发展中的困境,朝优秀历史教师目标迈进。
By investigation,a lot of problems about professional development of beginning history teachers are found,such as lack of professional knowledge and research consciousness,being inconspicuous on motivation of professional development and being absent of professional programming.In allusion to these problems,the authors of this paper point out that the beginning history teacher should clearly make out professional development plan.During the process,teachers should transform program to reality in order to change the unconformable status,get out of trouble as soon as possible and stride for being an excellent teacher.For these,the beginning history teacher should extensively read,often rethink the teaching and try to research history teaching on basis of rethinking.
