摘要
参考文献［１，２］，利用紊流整体流动理论，考虑了惯性项的影响，对短密封的动特性系数等进行了详细地推导，并研制出计算程序。
This paper is made use of the turbulence bulk flow theory in conference in which the fluid inertia effects are considered,to derive the equations of rotordynamic coefficients of short annular seals in detail.The program for estimating those coefficients has been worked out and the coefficients are calculated accurately.
