差异化办学模式下的独立学院法学专业人才培养目标定位

Talent Cultivation Objective Positioning of Law Major under the Model of Differential School Operation

独立院校的产生和发展适应了高等教育普及化大众化进程推进的趋势,但是很多独立学院的人才培养目标定位存在误区,无法体现独立学院和其他院校的差异性,从而失去竞争力。这也导致独立学院的法学专业人才培养目标定位不合理。针对此,提出如下实现独立学院法学专业应用型人才培养目标的策略:创新法学人才培养知识体系,构建完善的法学专业知识体系;结合地方经济文化特色,与时俱进改革法学人才培养教育内容;创新法学人才培养体系教育方法;加强师资队伍建设,规划师资延聘工作。

The emergence and development of independent college adapt to the universalization trend of higher education,but the objective positioning of many independent colleges has some mistake,unable to realize the difference between independent college and other college,losing competitiveness.This also leads to the unreasonable objective positioning of talent cultivation of law major.For this,the author puts forward the following talent cultivation objective strategies to help the independent college cultivate application talent：innovating the knowledge system and education method of talent cultivation;constructing sound professional knowledge system of law;reforming talent cultivation and education contents combining with the local economic and cultural characteristics;strengthening teacher quality,and planning the hiring of teacher.
