中国现当代文学教学中研究型人才培养问题谈议

On Cultivation of Researched Talents in Contemporary Chinese Literature Teaching

在高等教育教学改革中,文学教学应该保有其学科支撑点,这是不容忽视的问题,中国现当代文学教学也应在变革之时有所持重。把教学有意识地向研究型方向靠拢,在本科教育中注意培养研究型人才,是保持中国现当代文学特有价值和教育意义的有效途径。而研究能力的培养正是高等教育的重要目标。研究型人才的培养方法值得认真探讨,这有助于传达中国现当代文学的真精神,有助于塑造青年学生独立正直的人格,也有助于高等教育教学的改革和发展。

There is a problem can not be ignored in teaching reform of higher education that literature teaching should keep its own strong point,meanwhile,the Chinese contemporary literature should keep its main point in the reform process.The effective way of keeping the special value and educational meaning of Chinese contemporary literature is to consciously develop the teaching toward research and pay attention to the cultivation of researched talents in undergraduate education.However,the cultivation of researched talents is the aim of higher education.The cultivation methods of research talents deserve seriously study,which help to convey the spirit of Chinese contemporary literature,help to shape the integrity,independence of young students,and help the reform and development of higher education.
