摘要
本文对基模高斯光束经三棱镜的变换进行了定量分析,表明基模圆高斯光束经三角棱镜变换后成为椭圆高斯光束。得出了椭圆高斯光束基本参量(椭圆光斑长、短半轴、等相面曲率半径、远场发散角)与入射基模圆高斯光束腰斑半径及三棱镜结构参数的定量关系。分析了光束的M2因子。
Transformation of fundamental mode Gaussian beam passing through triangular prism is analyzed quantitatively. The result shows exit beam of passing through triangular prism is elliptical Gaussian beam quantitative relation between basic parameters (two major axes length、equiphase surface curvature radius、far field divergence angle) of elliptical Gaussian beam and beam waist radius of fundamental mode Gaussian beam、Structural parameters of triangular prism is obtained. M 2 factor of the beam is also analyzed.
