Study on implementation mechanism of new rural ubranization

立足于国家城乡统筹和大力推进城市化的背景之下,通过分析影响农村规划实施的相关因素,结合本地实际情况,从科学规划、科学管理、改革土地流转制度、农村产业结构调整、建立实施的资金保障等几个方面探讨了新时期农村规划的实施机制。

Based on Coordination of urban-rural development in China and under the background of great promotion of urbanization,through analysis of related factors influencing implementatin of rural plan,and in combinatio with local acutal conditions,the implementation mechanism of rural planning in new period was disussed in terms of scientific planning,scientific management,land flow and transfer system reform and ural industrial structure adjustment.
