摘要
在调强连续波激光测距系统中,调制激光器的高频电流源产生的泄漏干扰是影响测距精度的主要因素。本文对此泄漏干扰进行了系统研究,分析了干扰产生的原因,干扰与测距精度的关系,给出了干扰误差的计算公式以及补偿方法。
The main limitation of a Intensity Modulated Continuous Wave laser rangefinder is the leakage distortion created by the high frequency current source which modulates the laser diode. In this paper, this leakage distortion is studied systematically, the cause of the distortion and its relationship with the measurement accuracy are analyzed, the calculation equation and compensation of the error caused by this distortion are given.
