摘要
在实验室条件下,用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取雪松叶精油和马尾松叶精油,用浸液法测定其对白纹伊蚊和致倦库蚊IV龄期幼虫和蛹的毒杀活性。结果表明:雪松叶精油对白纹伊蚊和致倦库蚊IV龄期幼虫/蛹的24 h LC50值分别是119.58/229.91、146.47/240.80μg/mL。马尾松叶精油对白纹伊蚊和致倦库蚊IV龄期幼虫/蛹的24 h LC50值分别是135.53/260.10、162.54/257.69 g/mL。可见雪松叶精油和马尾松叶精油对白纹伊蚊和致倦库蚊有较强的毒杀活性,具有研发成高效、对环境友好的灭蚊剂潜力。
Essential oils were extracted from leaves of Cedrus deodara and Pinus massoniana by steam distillation.The toxicity against IV instar larvae and pupae of Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus were carried out by immersion method.The LC50 values of Cedrus deodara oil to IV instar larvae/pupae of Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus were 119.58/229.91 μg/mL and 146.47/240.80 μg/mL after treatment for 24 hours,respectively.The LC50 values of Pinus massoniana oil to IV instar larvae/pupae of Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus were 135.53/260.10 μg/mL and 162.54/257.69 μg/mL after treatment for 24 h,respectively.The result indicates that essential oils from leaves of Cedrus deodara and Pinus massoniana had highly larvicidal and pupicidal activity to Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus,and have the potential to be developed as an effective,environment-friendly insecticide to control mosquitoes.
