摘要
以甲壳素为唯一碳源,利用对硝基-N-乙酰苯胺为显色剂,通过变色圈法从湘江河岸边的土壤中筛选到产甲壳素脱乙酰酶的霉菌7株。其中A4菌株具有较强的产甲壳素脱乙酰酶能力。结合形态学和ITS区序列特征,A4菌株初步鉴定为串珠状赤霉菌。
Chitin deacetylase producing strains from soils of Xiangjiang riverside were screened by color reaction of 4-nitroacetanilide with chitin as only source of carbon.The results show that seven potential mould strains were obtained,and of them,strain A4 had good ability of chitin deacetylase production.On the basis of morphological and ITS sequence identification,strain A4 was preliminarily identified as Gibberella moniliformis.
