土壤铅污染对小白菜幼苗保护酶系统的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以小白菜为材料,探讨了土壤铅污染对其幼苗叶绿素含量、MDA含量和保护酶活性的影响。结果表明,随着铅浓度的增加,幼苗体内叶绿素含量下降,而MDA含量表现出先降后升,SOD、CAT和POD活性则呈先升后降的趋势。 Effects of soil Pb pollution on chlorophyll content,MDA content and protective enzyme of Brassica chinensis seedlings was studied.The results show that in the seedlings,chlorophyll content decreased,MDA content increased firstly and decreased secondly,and activities of SOD,CAT,POD decreased firstly and increased secondly as Pb concentration rose gradually.
