摘要
液压源是深海液压系统的动力和心脏,在深海极端环境下,笔者对其变参数作用下其开环压力控制动态特性的进行了研究。基于线性变参数原理,建立了以下潜深度、介质温度和粘度为变参数的深海液压源的压力控制线性变参数模型,并对其进行了相应的仿真分析。研究发现,对于液压介质特定的初始粘度,液压源压力控制的实现均存在一定的容许下潜深度和温度范围。
The hydraulic source is the power and heart of a deep-sea hydraulic system.We focused on the varying parameters acting on the dynamic property of open-loop control in the deep-sea extreme work conditions.Utilizing the principle of linear varying parameter,a model of pressure control parameter is constructed based on the varying parameters of submerged length,flow medium temperature and viscosity,and related simulation is studied.The research shows that the realized output of hydraulic source pressure control has a permissible range of submerged length and flow media temperature for a specific initial viscosity and a experiment is carried out to examine the rationality of results.
