摘要 抽油机曲柄轴净扭矩为波动较大的交变载荷,而普通电动机的输出扭矩基本恒定不变,两者的载荷特性无法达到"和谐"的匹配,直接导致电动机热损失增高,抽油机系统效率过低、能耗增大。新型六杆机构抽油机,依据变矩原理使摇杆力矩可以随悬点载荷的变化而自动调节,实现了曲柄轴净扭矩曲线呈小波动状态,大大降低了电动机的热损失,提高了电动机的工作效率,降低了抽油机的能耗。根据设计方案,建立了新型六杆机构抽油机的运动和动力学数学模型,对主要的性能参数进行了优化设计,并对其性能进行了对比分析。 The net torque of the pumping unit crank shaft is volatile alternating load.However,the output torque of a general motor is basically constant.Thus,the net torque and the output torque load performances may not be able to "harmoniously" match each other and therefore resulting in lower circulating efficiency and higher energy consumption of pumping units.In the present paper,a new energy-saving six-bar pumping unit is presented which contains rocker torque to allow to adjust loading automatically following the changes of the hanging point loading according to variable torque theory.Thus the crank shaft net torque becomes less fluctuating.Heat loss of electromotor and energy consumption of this pumping unit is greatly decreased and the electromotor′s circulating efficiency is increased.Based on the design,a mathematic movement and dynamic model is built.An optimum design on the main performance parameters and functional analysis were performed.
