摘要
针对自动化立体仓库集中式调度中存在的结构僵化、适应性和容错性差等问题,提出一种基于多Agent系统的分布式与集中式混合控制的调度方法。利用Agent的智能性和交互性,将层次分析法与改进匈牙利算法作为Agent中的核心算法,以JADE为其开发平台,来解决自动化立体仓库的单任务与多任务出入库决策问题。以三巷道立体仓库完成单任务出库和多任务入库为例进行仿真,说明该方法应用在自动化立体仓库出入库调度问题上的有效性。
Aiming at the existing problems of centralized scheduling structure which have rigid structure,poor adaptability and fault-tolerance,a centralized and distributed hybrid control scheduling method based on multi-agent system is proposed.Using intelligence and interactivity of agents,AHP and improved Hungary algorithms as the core of the agents,JADE as development platform,the problems of single and multi tasks input/output decision in an automated storage and retrieval system(AS/RS) are solved.It shows that the method used in the AS/RS scheduling problem is effective according to the simulation examples of three lanes AS/RS completing a single output and multi-input task.
