发展自然保护区生态旅游的思考

Reflections on Developing the Eco-tourism of Nature Reserve

生态旅游不仅要满足旅游业的发展,而且要保护自然资源和环境的可持续性。我国目前大部分的自然保护区开展了生态旅游,但是,目前我国自然保护区生态旅游存在法制不健全、政出多门、不合理开发、环保意识薄弱等一系列问题。因此,如何健全法制、改善管理体制、进行合理的开发、增强环保意识、积极开展社区共管模式、加大生态旅游收益的管制成为发展自然保护区生态旅游的当务之急,也是保护自然保护区自然资源环境的关键。

Eco-tourism not only meets the development of the tourism, but also protects the sustainability of the natural resources and the environment. But there will be lots of damages for the nature in the course of eco-tourism. At present, a series of problems in the eco-tourism of our country’s natural reserve exist, such as imperfect legal system, overlapping administration, unreasonable development and lack of environment awareness. So it is quite important for developing the eco-tourism of the natural reserve to perfect the legal and management system, to implement reasonable development, to strengthen the environment awareness, to initiate the mode of community condominium and increase the control of earnings of Eco-tourism, which is also the key to protect the environment of the natural reserve and resources.
