摘要
思想政治教育是一项复杂的系统工程,需要各组成要素之间相互联系、相互作用、相互渗透才能形成教育合力。只有建立起和谐、高效的机制,才能将教育合力发挥到最大化,取得实效,达到优化控制的目的。务必以组织领导、工作运行、资源保障等方面为切入点从整体上构筑大学生思想政治教育的长效机制。
College ideological education is of vital importance to the growth of Chinese youth today. It is a complicated system which involves the interactive function of factors concerned. The author holds the view that, in order to form a positive influence on college students, we should concentrate on building up an effectively organizational and working mechanism along with adequate material support.
