考务管理系统是一个对高校学分制条件下学生正常考试及重修考试进行考场编排的系统,该系统分为前台和后台两个部分,前台完成查询和显示考试信息等功能,后台完成对考试信息编排等功能,最终生成目标数据库供前台查询和显示使用。从而更好地满足教务管理部门工作的需要,克服手工方式安排的不足,提高工作效率,减少差错并适应现行工作要求。

The examination management is a set of place arrangement for the students to carry on the normal and repeated examination in the credit system.It can be divided to two parts,i.e.the front part which can be used to search and illustrate the information of examination,and the background part which can be operated to arrange the examination and produce the objective database for the front part.The improvement of examination management can meet the need of the management office by overcoming the shortcomings of manual work,increasing the work efficiency,and reducing the mistakes.
