独立学院《民法学》教学改革探索

An exploration ofcivil law teaching in the independent colleges

《民法学》是法学专业的基础课程,在高校法学专业中具有非常重要的地位和作用,但是,目前独立学院民法学的教学现状却不容乐观,存在着许多问题,独立学院民法学的教学改革势在必行。笔者认为可从统一教材选用、树立法律信仰、改革教学方法、合理分配课时、提高师资素质等方面改革民法学教学,提高其教学质量。

Civil Law is a basic course of law major,which has very important position and role in universities.But now in the independent colleges,the situation of civil law education is not optimistic.So the teaching reform of the civil law course is unavoidable in the independent colleges.From the aspects as unifying teaching materials,setting up legal belief,reforming the teaching methods,distributing class hours reasonably,improving teachers quality and so on,to improve the teaching quality.
