中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶与急性肺损伤 被引量：2

摘要 急性肺损伤（ALI）是机体遭受严重创伤、休克、酸中毒及严重感染等因素引起的一类继发性、弥漫性肺实质损伤性疾病，临床表现为顽固性低氧血症、弥漫性肺部浸润及肺顺应性下降，进一步恶化可导致急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）。ALI病死率高达40％～60％，其发病机制并未完全阐明，一般认为与肺部炎症细胞聚集并释放炎症介质，损伤肺微血管内皮细胞及上皮细胞有关。
