南水北调东线江都站改造工程创建文明工地工作的实践与探索

Practices and Explorations of the Setting up Civilized Building Site in the Reconstructive Project of Jiangdu Pumping Station of South-North Water Diversion

江都站改造工程是南水北调东线工程的重要组成部分。工程完成后江都站年运行时间最高将达8000h，抽水总量约115亿m3，对解决我国北方地区水资源短缺问题、改善生态环境、促进经济社会的可持续发展将起到十分重要的作用。主要介绍了江都站改造工程创建南水北调文明工地的几点做法和体会，为其它调水工程改造的创建工作提供了详细的参考和有益的经验。

The reconstructive project of Jiangdu pumping station is the important part of South to-North Water Diversion Project. After the modification works are completed, Jiangdu pump station yearly running time will reach the highest of 8,000 hours, and drawing water about 11.5 bilwhich villi solve the problems of water shortage in northern China, improve the environment and promote the socioeconomic development. This article introduces some methods and experiences of setting up civilized building site of the reconstructive project, and provides detailed references and beneficial experiences for other water diversion projects.
